These terms apply to all users of our services, including students, prospective students, website visitors, and any other individuals or entities accessing our educational platform.

1. Definitions

"User" means any person accessing our website or using our educational services.

2. Use of Educational Services

  • • Completion certificates issued upon meeting requirements

Account Responsibilities

  • • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • • Accept responsibility for all account activities
  • • Keep contact information current and accurate
  • • Use services only for legitimate educational purposes

3. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

Users may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Illegal Activities

  • • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • • Harassment or discrimination of any kind

Security Violations

  • • Transmitting harmful or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, code examples, and educational resources, remain the exclusive property of PyCode Masters unless otherwise specified.

We grant enrolled students a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during their enrollment period.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Student-Generated Content

Students retain ownership of original code, projects, and assignments created during courses, subject to any use of our proprietary methodologies or frameworks.

By submitting content through our platform, students grant us a license to use such content for educational purposes, quality assurance, and service improvement.

Third-Party Content

We may reference or use third-party educational materials under appropriate licenses. Students must respect all third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Course Fees and Payment

  • • Course fees are clearly stated during enrollment process
  • • Payment is required in full before course access is granted
  • • Prices are subject to change for future course offerings
  • • All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) including applicable taxes
  • • Payment methods include bank transfer and approved online payments

Cancellation and Refund Terms

  • 14-day cooling-off period: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of enrollment
  • Course start to 25% completion: 75% refund available
  • 25% to 50% completion: 50% refund available
  • Beyond 50% completion: No refund available
  • • Refunds processed within 30 days of approved request

Course Transfers and Changes

  • • Course transfers to future sessions subject to availability
  • • Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before course start
  • • Price differences for upgraded courses must be paid in advance
  • • Downgrade price differences credited for future courses

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimers

Educational Services: Our courses are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for high-quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or career advancement.

Technology Platforms: We provide courses using current technology and methodologies. However, the technology industry evolves rapidly, and some content may become outdated over time.

Career Outcomes: Course completion does not constitute job placement services or employment guarantees. Career success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and various external factors.

Limitation of Liability

PyCode Masters' total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

Students assume responsibility for their own learning progress and career development decisions based on course content.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Termination of Services

Termination by Student

  • • Students may terminate enrollment at any time with written notice
  • • Refund eligibility subject to our refund policy terms
  • • Access to course materials ends upon termination
  • • Outstanding fees remain payable despite termination

Termination by PyCode Masters

  • • We may terminate services for violation of these terms
  • • Immediate termination for illegal activities or serious misconduct
  • • 30-day notice for general service discontinuation
  • • Refunds provided according to our standard policy

Effects of Termination

  • • Immediate cessation of access to course materials
  • • Survival of intellectual property and confidentiality provisions
  • • Return or deletion of confidential information as requested
  • • Continuation of payment obligations for services rendered

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution through direct communication. Contact our support team at legal@domain.com to discuss any concerns.

Mediation

If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Cyprus before proceeding to litigation.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the competent courts of Cyprus.

Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts for resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or our services.

9. General Provisions

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PyCode Masters regarding our services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
